I watched Mad Max: Fury Road last night.

Never seen any of the Mad Max's before. Was very different and not normally my type of movie but I found this one strangely entertaining.

I'm not quite sure how the two points go together lol. Soundtrack, cinematography, dialogue, etc are all top notch. Having a pastiche plot doesn't detract from that.

The paper also states "I wish to nominate as a candidate for election as a committee member. Outlined below is a summary of the skills and knowledge I can bring to the committee"

Did you just generic stuff etc (I assume you had something similar).

Yeah I'm the chairperson of ours. So far there has been no difference being that to just being on the committee, although from memory I have a casting vote if there is a stalemate on any decisions at an owners corp meeting.

No idea about the secretary as we don't have one (maybe as your building is larger? Mine only has 10 units). There are 3 of us on the committee who get emailed whenever anything happens and make decisions on how things are repaired/managed. The owners corp management company try and do everything the easiest possible way and don't really care how much things cost so it's good to have input as from my experience they don't really know a lot about how buildings work technically or what should or shouldn't be covered by warranties. It's also really useful to be "in the loop" if anything happens (ie: hot water service stopped working at our place last week and if I wasn't on the committee I would have no idea why or when it would be back up).

We did it less formally than that, no papers to set it up. Myself and one other owner were the only ones who turned up to the first owners corp meeting so basically appointed ourselves. I guess the skills and knowledge that have come in handy for me have been being involved in the construction industry myself, having lived in apartments previously, working prominently at a computer so being responsive to emails etc. I'd also mention that you are an owner-occupier as those are the people you want on the committee.

Never found Halle Berry attractive. Kristin Davis will forever and always be my #1, undisputed celeb crush.

As for Susan Sarandon, she's doing well for a 71 y/o. Her daughter (Kyle Martino's wife) has an incredible set of breasts.
