Yeah doesn't really suit people with a short attention span. It's more Ozark than Breaking Bad.

I've forced myself to not use a device while watching and have found I'm enjoying it so much more. It works in 3 episode arcs so try to stick with it for the conclusion of the first arc and see if that helps.
I love ozark

Anyone watching Andor? May be the best SW content ever produced. It's a slow burn so don't expect the same sort of show as Kenobi/Mandalorian/etc. but it's a much richer character study with some great set piece action punctuating the story. Bit of a spy thriller sort of thing.
Yeah I'm loving it too.

I'd probably give ep 6 a go before making that call..
Might give it a look over the weekend. Was really struggling with it though haha.

Think I'm a bit Marvel/SW'd out. There's just so much content there now.

You've basically watched up to the climax but stopped watching before it haha.

In general I'd agree but this doesn't feel like anything produced by either brand before.

Yeah anybody impacted by the rain?

Mrs C14's family in Seymour got some water in their roof and it's leaked through to their carpet. Part of the plaster on the eaves out the back collapsed too.
Seymour is getting smashed, hope your missus's family are alight.

We are on higher ground so apart from having to pump some water out of the pool nothing to worry about.

Had to do deliveries to Bendigo and Rochester this morning and that was a bit hairy driving through flood waters, made it back through before the roads got cut off.

Good for the dams to fill up before mid summer

Yeah they got 120mm yesterday.

Their house is OK, nothing not fixable, will just be an insurance claim.

Well they are now haha, dry creeks ive never seen water in are flowing like rivers. Pretty nuts atm.

When we drove down for the GF everything seemed pretty flooded/green already, dunno if this rain really helps much at all.

Just looked at ours and can't believe the Otway catchments are 100% full. 65% at the start of the pandemic. 89% 2 months ago.
Wet couple of years changes things quickly.

Waiting for it all to drop so I can binge. Cant wait. The trailer makes it look fantastic but I'm wary cos Disney have basically messed up every single SW thing they have done.

So fingers crossed.

You could almost watch it in 3 episode blocks as they're reasonably (or at least so far) self-contained stories, and as others have mentioned in this thread, individual eps can feel slow without the framing of the 3-episode story.

I think/hope you'll enjoy this as this is far better than anything Disney has done before, SW and Marvel included.

Thomson Dam supposed to be overflowing tomorrow. First time since 1996. As recently as 6-7 years ago it was around 20% full.

Took a quick look at the local soccer club ground yesterday. That was under about 10cm of water, never seen that before. We need some warmer dry weather!!
