The judge had to be neutral during the trial but he absolutely rips into her in the sentencing hearing. Have a look at points 50 to 55. Even if she just intended to make them sick like she previously did with her ex-husband she could have saved them by telling the hospital staff that there may have been foraged mushrooms in the meals.
