Yes.
I've never left the country but I've been on several flights.
Didn't set foot on a plane until I was 24 and flew to Europe.

Once she was pulled up she went full bitch mode. But my question is it wrong to be talking loudly to friends on a daytime / early evening flight?

End of the day it's a public form of transport and conversation is allowed. If people have a problem with it don't use a shared form of transportationYes, same as on a train/bus. Have some awareness of your surroundings and that people might want to be able to concentrate on things other than your conversation.

Exactly, the issue wasn't she was speaking. It was how she was speaking, and the complete lack of consideration for anyone else around her.Conversation is fine, but being respectful of the people you share society with is common sense.
If you're around kids on public transport, loud swearing is clearly not appropriate either, is it?
There's a difference between chatting with a friend and the loud obnoxious conversation we're talking about. Particularly if someone politely asks you to lower your volume.
Headphones are your friend mate. When people like that turn up in my life. Headphones go in, movies get played or albums get listened to.Exactly, the issue wasn't she was speaking. It was how she was speaking, and the complete lack of consideration for anyone else around her.
Is 2nd really worth travelling to Stamford Bridge forI still don't get that!
Get over to Leicester for Matchday 38!!

He never said they were swearing did he? I agree if people are saying inappropriate things they should be pulled up. But loud chatter isn't that bad. I know for a fact that if Cruyff and a few of our mates were in a conversation things would get loud and that the conversation probably would annoy some peopleConversation is fine, but being respectful of the people you share society with is common sense.

But JD, we would not act like buffoons and be inconsiderate arseholes on a plane. And if someone asked me/us to keep it down, I certainly wouldn't snap back with a smart arse response and further aggravate them.
But the thing is we shouldn't be asked to keep it down at 5pm in the first place. But JD, we would not act like buffoons and be inconsiderate arseholes on a plane. And if someone asked me/us to keep it down, I certainly wouldn't snap back with a smart arse response and further aggravate them.
