Hate to interrupt the "I need my club to be the biggest because I have a tiny dick" contest, but Lloris has a broken wrist apparently. 2-3 months I've seen. Could have transfer implications as well.

Lol...don't hear about that everyday...

"Grimsby Town fan spared jail after attacking steward with an inflatable shark while celebrating goal".

Speaking of, I'm heading up to Brissy to watch Liverpool on the Friday night with two Liverpool mates. They were disappointed Sterling wasn't coming, so they couldn't boo him. Turns out he may play for Man City the following day and we were already planning on going to that game too, so they might still get their chance!

Well! The Pomersbach Story! (Yeah, that was the first thing that crossed my mind.) The impossible dream! I think regulations will prevent something like this ever happening, even in friendlies, today, but it was true back then! Also a very 'Arry thing to do.

Here's the full article of that story: http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2013/sep/05/harry-redknapp-played-fan-west-ham

Very in-depth and full of detail, absolutely brill! Too bad he couldn't even keep the shirt. Nice find!

Half empty stadiums post season in Asia for Tottenham and Chelsea, now Liverpool and Arsenal playing in front of no fans in Thailand and Singapore

Is there a bit of overkill with these post season/pre season fixtures these days?

There's also been a monumental ****up by Ticketek for Friday's game with Liverpool. Game was announced months ago as sold out, yet have released thousands of tickets in the past couple of weeks, meaning for most people it's far too late to organise transport/accommodation etc. Don't be surprised if there's quite a few empty seats at Suncorp.

We had 40k of a possible 50k in Thailand, and 83k in Sydney of a possible 83k.

Talking mainly about Asia, not Australia.

Regardless, you'd think a football mad country like Thailand would be able to fill a 50k stadium for Chelsea straight after winning the title. Two years ago Liverpool played in front of a full crowd at the same ground. Seems like the whole 'Big Prem League club vs National All Star XI' is losing its zing.
