Doctor Eva Carneiro, is preparing legal action against Chelsea after being frozen out of first team duties following the touchline controversy against Swansea on the opening day of the Premier League season.
It is understood that Eva Carneiro is still yet to return to first team duties at the club and the Independent has today suggested that should the doctor fail to be reinstated by the West London side then she is likely to take legal actions against the club and it is understood sexism could form a key part of her case.

The other Physio doesnt exist apparently.

Didnt he go straight back on first team duty? IIRC he was at the City game the week after, just not on the bench.

I'd also say that Fearn hasnt been subject of a lot of press innuendo, including one piece written by a Mourinho mouthpiece.

Duncan Castles?

Don't know TBH, the two guys on the bench were the Hughes's.

As with Eva his role has been redefined, not sacked.

I haven't really followed it that closely so I'll have to take your word on the mouthpiece stuff.

Well that's a bombshell!

A lot of talk that Livermore isn't going to get a ban.

Fair enough. Maybe he'll get a suspended sentence and/or fine because the FA won't want to be seen letting him off the hook completely despite the circumstances

Or time served perhaps.

@FA breaks silence on Chelsea medics row: CEO Martin Glenn: "The duty of the dr and medical support is to the player, not to the employer"
Clear message from the @FA that Jose Mourinho was wrong in his treatment of Chelsea's medics over the Eden Hazard injury incident

All 6 against Greece isn't it?

Yep. So thankfully it proves that it's the team and not Ranieri. He may be able to set up Champion teams, but even he knew that there was nothing worth saving in that Greece team.

After so long, Greece return to their pre-94 form, where they barely got any wins. (Most was 4 wins for the 1988 Euro qualifiers, they only won one or two games otherwise).

Not to take anything from the Faroe Islands though, only a GD of -7, not bad for a minnow. They've been quite competitive.

he doesnt usually lose out on issues played out through the media. this one has.

he's annoyed, for lack of a better word, a lot of people with this.

Its an avoidable shit storm, if hes not happy with them and wants a change fair enough but he's got to just do things properly.

There's a lot of people out there just waiting for something like this to dig the boots in.

FAITH and WC have been waiting for something like this to dig the boots in.
EFA :straining:

That would probably explain why not many people are happy with FIFA. If we had angry Geordies, then maybe FIFA would be better, lol.

The Mackems would like to remind you that the score line is still 6-4. Has been since 1936 (Darn, your last title is 1927! I thought it was more recent than that?) Then again, at least you can claim to have had success this decade with your Championship title, lol.

Oh, is that right, eh? Unfortunately for you, Wally McClaren doesn't do well against Leicester. His record against us with both Forest and Derby leaves a lot to be desired. I think we'll score 4, most likely 4-1, that's usually how many his teams concede against us, lol. By the end of this season, we'll be split on 32 wins each (you lead 32-30).

Well we also won the old Fairs Cup (UEFA Cup) back in 1969 AND we won the UEFA Intertoto Cup back in 2006! Couple those with our Championship triumph and maybe we've been spoilt for silverware in the last half century!

While Stevie Wonder may not have a decent record against Leicester, he at least has a very good record against those pesky Mackems. 5 wins from 6 matches suggests he might be able to actually do something Pardiola and Carver couldn't, restore the natural order of the derby to the way it should be! :p
