Sure, why not.
I am sick of dragging people to games who don't want to be there. Let me stand near you pls.

I think Glory struggle with attendances due to the times the games are played. Late afternoon games to allow prime time TV broadcasts into the Eastern States are a killer. Sitting in the Eastern stand at that time of day isn't much fun.
To think 128 homes burnt down in this small town...

The front of that fire was over 260km at one stage - that is not stoppable, it's wider than some countries!

BBL would only be won by the Melbourne or Sydney team had they only put one team in each state.Which would strengthen the quality of the competition, as it is clear that having eight teams is too many.
I loosely followed the Glory until we lost the final a few years back due to a ****ing dive in the box. Brought too many memories back of the 2006 WC and never really gave it another shot.I loosely followed the Glory until that whole admin blow up went to shit.

(as was how it was going before the state comp became the BBL)
I think that was the end for a lot of loose/casual/undecided fans for soccer in Perth, that a whole season and championship could be decided on such a pathetic fake. Would be interesting to know (but impossible to measure) if that has had an impact on the current crowd level.I loosely followed the Glory until we lost the final a few years back due to a ******* dive in the box. Yes, but with a different ending some of those bandwagoners may have stayed around long term instead of all jumping straight back off again. Probably not a significant number though.Doubt it. Even during that season we were averaging roughly the same size crowd as we get now (~5-7k). It wasn't until the finals that all the bandwagoners jumped on board and sold out NIB.
Another fire in the Canning Vale area and some impressive flying again from the heli's & water bombers. Getting the impression there's a firebug with the regularity this is happening...

Come in the shed and you can. Although I'm not going to all the games and the only reason I'm going this week is my mate has to work and I'm using his membership.
All fans have to start somewhere. A better finish to that game (not necessarily a win) might have encouraged a few to at least have a look the following season.Possibly but as heart breaking as it was, if that is enough to make the bandwagoners jump off then good riddance.
Sorted.
Official Perth meet up at an upcoming Glory home game (not this week tho)

I admire the mad skills of most football players (and like watching stuff like the World Cup) but it's too much of a negative and frustrating sport to follow seriously for mine.True but even just making the GF should have been enough. Everyone knows there is diving and acting in the sport so they shouldn't have really been surprised.
