When I was in Darwin recently I caught up with friends for a drink at The Precinct at the Darwin Waterfront. They even had one of those Yoder smoker/grills like the Alberton Precinct had. I wondered if the concept was sold to them by the same consultant that sold it to Port.

With things like The Precinct at the Darwin Waterfront, the SANFL using the Precinct in its new setup, that last part is probably highly advantaged by going back to The Port Club.
