Yeah caulfield > cheltenham

Own room > pool

BUT the possibility of brother leaving and creating a room in 2 years has potential.

Agree that at 15 sharing a room isn't a big deal but it will be down the track.

Pools in Melbourne are a bit useless.
For the few weeks of the year you would use it, the beaches here are better.
No way.
My parents house has a pool...until I moved out earlier this year I was in it all the time..everyday after work and on weekends from about November til March. Melbourne beaches are shit.

I was pulling meself senseless at that age, I'm glad I didn't have to room with my brother.

Maybe I was wrong

Yeah I was just pointing out a personal experience of how things can change a lot before you are 18.

I would say the same if the bloke was 15 but he's 17.

A private place to tug is worth it's weight in gold. You don't wanna be taking those "special showers" in the middle of the day and have to deal with the interrogation that follows.

You guys are awesome - lots of good advice but one extra thing is Dad picked us up from school today so we could check out the "pool house" and faq me - da pool is heated:cool:, awesome set up too.

If I said to my bro "I need to fap - get out" he would and vice versa, we talk about everything so that wouldn't be much of an issue and he will def be joining the Army when school is over (all he ever wanted to do - srs, tho it would kill me if anything happened to him:().

But we drove past the Caulfield house after and had dinner at some Hotel there and checked out the area and it is really nice, spotted a super cool skate park just next suburb and saw Monash campus and there too. Closer to City as well.

We need to make a decision by Monday so whatever happens things will be pretty ace - they are both really nice houses but like someone said earlier - Cheltenham is a bit of a nothing suburb.

Beaches down Seaford way look decent (mate lives there and we go for a run when I stay over, he loves them in summer) but tbh, I haven't checked out the closer ones yet.

Lots to think about still but you guys have created some pretty funny banter between us, like we needed more of that:D

lol - its worse you say "Im gonna have a bath" and everyone giggles and shit and after Mum's like "how was your bath DT;)?"

:$:$:$

Can't wait to have my own place one day.

Who's to say his brother will move out as soon as he hits 18?

thats the plan - been planning it for the last five years but things can change so I know there's that possibility but I doubt it tbh.

yes yes - this was so us in Brissy all those years.

you're very convincing MEB...and like I said - its heated!

I reckon go with number 1 (I was initially number 2).

Only downside is that cheltenham is a bit further away but just learn to drive.
