Good to see some love for Firefly and Serenity. It still annoys me that there is only one season.

Same...

Apparently there is a Season Two comic series somewhere in the similar vein of the extra seasons of Buffy and Angel

An excellent show in its day. I must say I would have thought you were a bit too young to have watched it.
Missed the first series but a group of us at school watched it in 4th and 5th year high scbool and they showed repeats.

Do you remember the ABC viewer feedback show of the 80's and 90' called Backchat hosted by Tim Bowden? People were always writing in asking for the series to be repeated for years. Tim Bowden got so sick of it he spentalmost all of one show going thru the legal restrictions of why the BBC wouldnt let them repeat iit any more. It was legal BS from the BBC but Tim said that they would rezpond to any more questions about Blake's 7.

I found out a couple of months ago - ftlicking thru free TV channels that they still make Blokesworld.

I have suspended my foxtel - so in this slow TV ratings period I have found it entertaining the last few weeks. The show has it all - guns, dirt bikes, babes, beers, bushies, hotted up cars, tractor pulling comps, boof heads, bogans, flaming wallets, pole dancing, boobs, tatts etc etc and the same 2 blokes hosting it as a decade ago when it was on Community 31 channel. Wouldnt watch it if it was on at 9pm but its a good laugh late at night

Noticeable number of people at the airport wearing Port gear haven't noticed any Crows gear. The tide has turned.

Kitted out in in my teal dry fit top and black shorts with matching teal side stripe, I went for a run in Centennial Park, Sydney, yesterday

During a hill climb, I saw a bloke up ahead in a Crows singlet. He was about halfway up.

Dare. Double-dare. Physical challenge!

Kicked on the afterburners and rocketed ahead, passing him about three-quarters up.*

Petty? Immature? Juvenile?

Absolutely.

*Almost heaved my guts up after. But only after I was out of sight of the Crows runner. It was then I felt like a dickhead.

Have done the same on a popular hill walk here in Adelaide recently. Have been wearing the 'Never give up' shirt the last few times I've done it and it gets a lot of +ve comments, but also places a bit of pressure on you for performance.

It has a Top Gear vibe. Daggy, entertaining. Not one to set the recorder for but fun at the right time.
