I actually knew one of the milky bar kids! He lived next door when I was in uni.

I believe this was him, bent as a nine bob note he was. There was a procession of sugar daddies at his place.

It was just Filthy Scumbags. "Filthy" Phil Partridge was their frontman. They existed during '86-'87. Phil died in 1989 while he was the frontman of Order Of Decay.
