Think my internet security on the lappy blocked and dumped the exe. file for the Windows 10 upgrade

I see the name of the file in the security blocked log "SetupHost.exe" it does appear browsing online that's the name of the installer & I can't imagine it being anything else, I can't seem to re-reserve another windows 10 upgrade pfft ahh well.

Go into Windows Update, make sure the options to update automatically and include other software are set, and all other updates are applied. Close WU, then open a command prompt window with administrative privileges and type "wuauclt /updatenow". Update should start downloading shortly (check your network usage) and if you open WU again it should tell you it's downloading. It will then prompt you to be allowed to install itself. Install should take about 45 minutes on top of download time

One disclaimer - if you use Windows Media Center (for example, to watch TV through a tuner), then don't update until you have found a replacement. There is no WMC in Windows 10.
