Saw this on Netflix but the description didn't seem very appealing to me. I might give it a chance one of these days.

I've recently finished watching Sons of Anarchy and The Fall so I'm looking for a new watch-before-I-go-to-bed series. I started How To Get Away With Murder yesterday - not sure how it's gonna turn out but the first couple of episodes are fairly interesting and make you want to keep watching.

a refreshingly non-white show. Well written, very easy to watch stuff with some really funny moments. I'd recommend it.

I'm not sure if I like James Corden and his Late Late Show, but I do like his Karaoke Carpool sketches with musical artists where he drives aroud and he sings Karoke in the car with the singer, usually their songs. He had Adele on for about 10-15 minutes driving around London singing a few of her songs, and it wasn't bad but I really like this rap she did of Niki Minaj's Monster. I wish she'd record it and they would play this than most of her other stuff I continually hear at supermarkets, shopping centres, cafes etc.

Thought I'd give the footy show a go last year again, lcan't stand Brayshaw and Lyon. They really lost me when after Phil Walsh passed away they cancelled their Adelaide show, which I had tickets too. "Out of respect for the SA football community". F**k me for a while after Walsh passed on this state was down and needed a cheer up. Cancelling the tour did nothing to help

I had a landlord try to screw me once. Ended badly for him. Tell your sis to follow protocol and all will be good. But also, clean thoroughly next time. I took before and after photos of every place I rented. The 'afters' were always better than the 'befores'. The last place I rented, the owner rang the real estate agent to pass on his thanks for improving the place! Should've asked for a reference.
Like any contractual arrangement, ya gotta protect yourself. Most landlords are more likely to be the 'screwed' than the 'screwer' but some are just scum.

We were living in a rental once and we got a bill, explaining that the rent had gone up 10 bucks a week and we hadn't adjusted our payments, so were billed for two and a half thousand in arrears. Trouble is, we only moved in there 5 months before. Found out this had happened to a few people around town, and to top it off, the landlord was the QLD govt.
