I don't really understand your post. The North American SNES is shit, the design of the system is terrible. The control pad has all the buttons in the colour of purple and the system itself just looks blocky.

The super famicom looks just like our pal super Nintendo.

Ok, I got terminology mixed up. The silly looking thing with purple trimming the AVGN plays is crap.

The smooth and sleek one we play is grouse.

I only have the guns for the Master System, Mega Drive and Saturn and they all work awesome to this day. (on CRT TV's though) It really is like being in the arcade. My mate has an Activator and although it works, You can't possibly respond fast enough to what you have to do in game and you just want to pick up the controller and play it properly. So yeah, all accessories that aren't a gun from that time are pretty sucky.
