It's kind of hard to explain and I understand if people don't agree but this may be up there with my favourite Simpson's joke ever. It's certainly the best sign gag IMO.

It is just perfect, pure satire - it absolutely nails parking garages and the money grabbing greed of such companies, but also shows just how dumb and desperate we are to park our cars (notice the lot is virtually full) and it does all this with only two different words (and a couple of ampersands)!
