Cloke isn't a spud, but I don't want him.

He'd cost way too much in a trade, and he plays a very similar role to Hendo, so getting Cloke could well hinder his development which would be far from ideal.

He's not going to come out and say he wants to leave now is he?

There was a bit of Cloke contract talk going back to the beginning of this year. His old man was keen to sign him on a 2 year deal, instead of the 3 year deal that was on the table as it would open him up to free agency when it became active.

Nice to see old David has the best interests of the Collingwood footy club at heart!! What a prick!!

I would love to see us play Gibbs as the third "tall" up forward in a James Hird type role.

He is a good mark, elite kick when not trying to be too cute or clever, very smart so will know where to position himself, brave enough to be in the road when required, would make his opponent accountable as he will hurt on the scoreboard if not given enough respect, mobile, good below his knees, can win contested possession, makes tackles stick.

He is very creative ..... turn him loose!!!

Bring in Austin to go down back and send Gibbs to the forward line.

If we could achieve an open forward line for once I recon Gibbs would be very dangerous and could play a similar role to Brad Johnson.

From what I saw of Austin in the bullants, it's that he is not ready for AFL yet. Looks a bit slow and light. Has missed a lot of footy, needs a preseason.
