Just got my blood results back from Doc and absolutely everything is in the optimal range. And I’m talking everything..🍆

Haven’t had a vegetable or grains in months..

Pure Animal based carnivore diet.

Fatty grass fed beef mainly.. along with lamb, chicken and seafood couple times a week to mix it up.
Beef liver once or twice a week but not essential..

Couple pieces of fruit daily
Glass of fresh OJ daily
Glass of Raw milk and/or glass Kefir
Table spoon of honey post work out
Cup of bone broth daily
Black coffee

That’s my diet for last 2 years.. never felt better

I know some people that have stomach disease issues cant have fatty red meat (along with numerous other foods) cos it triggers them

But no way red meat causes cancer.. its 100% other factors (like processed meat and seed oils) tug im dead sure of that

I think it's only in high amounts.. Like with most food really..

Kinda like how you should only eat seafood three times a week.

No its not.. its only processed meats like salami etc..

Can eat as much whole beef as you like, will have zero bad effects
