Call me shallow but I have a simple rule.

Cant be taller than me (a little is acceptabled)
Cant be heavier than me.

I am 5'8 and 70kg

The ideal weight I have found in females is 58-65 kg
I dont like them too skinny as they lack enough of the female body part that all males love.


The human race is an instinctively shallow one,it is somthing we are born like.
Yes what is on the inside ultimately lives leads to happiness but looks are what reels us in.

i used to weigh 90kgs in 2001 now i'm at 60-63kgs, i'm about 5'6''... yet i have a bit of muscle...well not a bit a lot of muscle... i do a bit of weight training as well as gym work just 6 days a week, a lot of people say i have an eating/training problem. Yet i think i'm doing fine, doing it all without help from parents/friends/coaches. Still much more work a head of me, i'm proud of those people that get off their arse and do something about their weight and stop complaining about it. Anyone that has lost weight knows how hard it is. Long as you have motivation you can do anything.

I dont think its actually to do with your actual clothes size its how well everything fits into proportion. No use bein a size 12 if u got a heffer size 84 butt!

I'm a size 10 but got a little belly so i wouldn't say i'm skinny. Skinny frame maybe.
