A tad expensive but a true gift from god.

What's your poison?

I have to be honest, I have no idea what yoghurt actually is. Is it just expired milk?

I have 1kg-2kg of yogurt a day, milk means nothing to me.

Jalna ftw

At least I know I am not lactose intolerant :D

Natural greek yogurt ftw.

At first, your taste buds are repulsed by the sour taste, but once you adjust from the sugar-laden high of regular yogurt you'll never turn back.

I go with Jalna low-fat plain yoghurt.

Then buy a box of frozen blueberries, and pour some into my yoghurt tub (plastic container I bought) with adequate amount of Jalna.

Take it to work with you, ready to eat by 10-11am, the berries have thawed and at the same time kept the yoghurt cold enough not to need to be in the fridge.

Top stuff and healthy as ****.

I have Greek yoghurt on my cereal every morning.

Frozen mixed berries are brilliant. I always have a bag in the freezer; with sweet plain yoghurt they're a great dessert. Alternatively blend the yoghurt, berries and some honey in a food processor, freeze for two hours and you have a fantastic and semi-healthy berry ice cream.

Finished off one of the MR passionfruits in a sitting the other day:

Very, very good. Would definitely buy again.

Have been doing a bit of a 'smaller-company' yogurt challenge over the last couple of days (have had Gippsland, Moo and Margaret River) and it's safe to say that they defecate all over the bigger brands like Ski and Yoplait. If you haven't converted yet then do yourself a favor.

The stuff in the OP would be great for dessert. Haven't tried it though.

The best yoghurt of this kind that I've tried is this:

Agreed. Since childhood we eat yoghurt filled with sugar and become accustomed to the taste. It becomes yoghurt as we know it.

When I first tried natural yoghurt, it did taste a bit sour, but then you quickly adjust and realise that this is how yoghurt is supposed to taste, and you realise how delicious it is and how wel it can be incorporated into your diet. Add fruit or cereal for example and you're set for a breakfast or lunch.
