Choco needs some strong willed assistants who aren't ex-Port players or teammates of his, who are willing to tell him when he's wrong. The only person I'd consider as a replacement ATM is Clarko but I'm a firm believer in leaving these thought processes alone until we at least are "finished" for the year, whatever that may mean.

To me a coach doesnt need a media persona, he needs to coach his players and make decisions in the box...If he looks like a Gummy Shark it is irrelevant.

Once Craigy sorts out how to win finals, his H and A record is good, and the best out of 16 coaches since taking over, we may do ok.

Sounds a bit like Chocko..I would say his first three in a bit years were similar.

We dont need to get rid of Chocko we need to get rid of McGuinness, ever since he has been apart of our coaching side we havnt won a flag, now i can see why your side didnt want him....
