we may all fight, and bitch and get shinty at each other - but after tonight, im going to be 100% honest and say

i am drunk and i am sad as all hell

i haven't felt this bad (for a football match)since the tragic circumstances of the matty knights final game

how he called a) a free kick against richo & b) a 50 against him for kicking a goal (did anyone hear or think that was a free???? ) - just makes me want be sick - they had 5 (from memory) 50's that were soft as butter - and there were several circumstances when similar 50's could have been called our way (i.e when they have kicked the ball away when it was meant to be our free)

just sad, sooky - but ultimately feel completely justified to feel such

if you were at the game tonight - or even just watched it on tv - and you aren't sad from the events of it - then you are the biggest bullkaka richmond supporter on this planet.

Watching it on telly, I said straight away that it was a free. Not because of the contact made (it was negligible), but the umpires whistle sounded too early for it to have been called a mark. The decisiion was questionable, but there is no doubt the umpire called it straight away.

perhaps that was a lot more audible on telly with the umpire being microphoned up and all - but being only a few rows back in front of the incident - with 61,000 supporters screaming - no sounds was possibly heard

To be honest i was so ****en pissed off. I went to the game with an essendon fan and was in the MCC bar that overlooks the ground and they all couldnt believe a free kick was paid against richo.

At least deledio was awesome.
