Your still bitter 2 months down the track we beat you.
Viney hasnt been suspended so thats wrong and Hogans dad was in hospital dying of cancer so yeah Ill give the kid a break for doing something stupid

Cripps was standing toe to toe with Lewis and gave him atleast 2 punches, Lewis then finished it.
Actually i am not, i was expecting a loss.

I just knew it would get your back up. Good on you for sticking up for your team.

Just quietly i actually think Melbourne is a sneaky chance this year.

Seems fair, but I'd swap em round 4 for the punch and 6 for being a dick which seems to be more of a problem.

Although I guess they could argue he is product of his environment and he is just trying to live up to the example set by his senior players this year. Lewis, Viney, Hogan etc all been suspended for stupid shit in previous rounds.
I agree with the 6 weeks for dickedness.

Can't blame the Dee's tho. Bugg learnt to be a D at GWS.

4 weeks same as the Holi one deliberately punched someone in the head and knocked him out.
Bugg worse by a small margin given he was looking at the target. Houli was a wild swipe at someone behind him and was a dumb, reckless and dangerous way of trying to break a tag. Bugg lined up a guy front on and went wack.

Having watched it a few times, jeez he didn't really hit him that hard. Mills must have a soft jaw line if that concussed him.

Bugg deserves everything he gets buy he should have hit someone who can take a clip

I seriously doubt you've ever been hit on your life or are familiar at all with combat sports otherwise you'd know it's not necessarily the force of the blow but the placement of the blow (see McGregor VS Aldo)

Bugg hit him right in the sweet spot.

McGregor is a trained MMA fighter. Bugg ain't
McGregor was coming toward him as was Aldo. Bugg was moving away. It was a jab

Na it can't be, you can't give Houli 4 and Bugg 7
yes you can, one was within play and a backhand while not directly looking at the opponent, the other was a direct jab to the face like he was about to go head to head with Floyd Mayweather. Bugg will get more than Houli, the AFL will come down hard on him after the week we have just had.

How many?

Dog act

Why is it a dog act? Everyone seems to jump on this bandwagon every time something bad happens.

Mills runs in and gives Bugg a little cheapy with the forearm/elbow. Did he think Bugg was just going to cop it? He probably wasn't expecting what eventuated, but he should have paid attention and expected something back.

Yeah everything is a dog act these days apparently. Mills may well have winded bugg and bugg reacted. If you hit someone you gotta cop the consequence.

Yep. Everything isn't a dog act. The hysteria on BF is reaching epic proportions!

Because he punched him in the jaw when he wasn't looking? If you punch someone in the jaw and KO them on a footy field it's a dog act.

Get a grip.

If you run in and give an opponent a little rib tickler off the ball you should expect that opponent to react to it and if you had half a brain you'd be looking for a reaction, or at least you should be.

The bar is obviously set low for dog acts these days

You definitely should expect a reaction. But not a punch to the jaw.

Has this even been confirmed or just a bit of Chinese whispers from frantic Melbourne supporters?

Beside the point, yes, knocking a bloke in the head is a dog act. It's the worst hit on a player since Barry Hall's shot on Staker, which was universally seen to be a shitty, cheap hit.

Carlton are playing and their fans are on here whinging about a game two months ago...strange bunch
