Why not get the boy to tigerland his a tiger supporter his dog is even named tiger, offer up pick 14 and our compo pick and if that's not enough throw in post as well Melbourne would take it over the compensation they would get from gws. We would get another elite midfielder then use our second or third round pick to get a ruckman maric or Simpson or hampson forget z Clarke he's not a good tap ruckman anyway yes he's good around the ground but gets pushed off it too easy at stoppages and yes he may bulk up a little but doesn't have the frame to bulk up much. Then get that Morris all you fools think is the next star defender with one of our later picks.

Great theory champ, but GWS would be offering him close to 1million a season.

Keeping that in mind, Jack is currently on 550k a season, do you think Scully should walk into our club and get paid more than our best player?

Looking at it through Scully's eyes, he wouldn't make the move unless it was a significant amount, and 400k more is pretty significant.

The kid hasn't shown enough to make 250k a year, yet that's the nature of the beast, it's an offer no one will match because it will blow their salary cap.

Would have to give up something of equal value.
Dustin Martin is of equal value.
No thank you.

dustin martin shits all over scully lol. no way thats an equal trade. i have no idea why scully has had all this money thrown at him. IMO they have done it to the wrong player

It's funny that they couldn't get a hold of Jack Riewoldt & Dustin Martin whilst Ward & Scully (could have potentially been two Tigers...maybe) both left for the dollar.

Is it the culture we're creating that kept these guys, or their own loyalty traits?

Interested to know what others think
