Trade Fev? Who would you play at FF?
The Kreuz man, he is our Justin Westhoff.
Kreuzer as a ruckman resting in the forward line is the way to go.
If we played Kreuz as a permanent forward, it'd be a waste of his skills and ability IMO.
Yes I see your point and I agree.
But we need to look further as I seriously cant see Fev lasting the whole year out, IMHO!
If he is serious about playing good footy, then he will.if he did end up at punt rd no doubt he would be made patron of the grog squad!
great player when he applies himself, heres hoping he stays off the juice!
He will last the year. Hopefully the club threatening his future at Carlton will be the wake up call he needs!
There is no way you can say that with any certainty BG.
If he stays off the grog, as he has promised to do, then I think he will last this year at least![]()
Pretty disheartening comment (albeit an understandable one) about one of our older, quality players.
As I said, he is 27 now, and he still doesn't get it. Trade him at years end whilst he still has some value.
The club didn't suspend him... do you really think they will trade him?
I would BG. As I have said previously, he was all but at Richmond 2 years ago, and then right at the last minute, he pulled the pin. Also, there was a rumour going around that the season before the club had organised a trade to St.kilda involving Goddard and perhaps some picks, again only to have Fevola pull out at the last moment.
Exactly, spot on Bluegal. Ratts and the coaching commitee know his worth. Back in the Pagan era it was thought that Dennis had straightened Fev out, sadly hes had a relapse or two along the way. I have the utmost confidence that Fevola will change his ways after this final warning and will be a required Carlton player for many years to come.
I wonder how much truth there was to the rumour though?
Players like Brendan Fevola don't grow on trees is all I'm saying.
