Boarderline best 22 I'd say. We have a few of Duffy's type, especially if Simpson comes good.

De Boer is more important than Duffy but with a full midfield he is being forced to be played as a HFF but again, we have a few of those types who can score more than him.

They are not contracted, both would get games at other clubs. Other clubs are putting good offers to the De Boer. Duffy has a lot of competition for his position he is playing.

I would sign them up but if they want to walk, what can you do except to trade and get something.

A middle/late second round pick but when you trade out players they lose trading value, ask the Lions. I think he would go for a third round pick. Therefore, can't see the dockers trading him.

You always get screwed when your players are not contracted and get an good offer for another club.

They would be stupid not to and if I were sydney I would take that and run. Melbourne would instantly be a far better side and Sydney could launch a dynasty getting McCartin to play as the third tall behind buddy and tippett and maybe another midfielder.
Win Win trade I feel athough sydney need to add a little bit more especially as u can get Malcheski for free. Maybe membrey who would also add to melbourne.

Learn from Freo's days before Bond and LLoyd, don't trade anyway Top end draft picks. Freo could have screwed Hawks over Mcpharlin and could have given up a second round pick for Mcpharlin, but we did the worst trade by getting rid of Hodge.

Get Reid with your second round pick and kept your top end picks. Getting Bradshaw, Wright, Reid and Stretch would set yourself up for the future and improve your team straight away.

Maybe trade Watts for Mitchell.

Mal is too old for your list.
