Any indigenous welfare officer.. apart from Karpany do we even have indigenous players?

Fairly certain we are indigenophobes these days. We won't pick Ryan or Bolton. Bank on it

Don't forget Hill and Swellingham

IF you take away the indigenous players from our squad
THEN we don't have any indigenous players on our squad

I'm actually pretty happy Lamb is staying. He's got the talent and i'd like to see if the club actually does look at using him in defense in 2017.
He'll take Darling's spot.

U wot? What's JOM going to do, not earn a million dollars? GC only have to look at how they've gone vs how GWS have gone to see the value of picks vs proven player. What would be pick 10 get them that 4.6 or 8 wouldn't? This ain't fantasy football, it's 4 years until those picks mature into real players, they're going to be cellar dwellers anyway, might as well put principle in now, because they're going to be having this issue every year. For them, the ready player is probably a bigger need than the pick. Surprised they didn't get into Brad Hill's or Jordan Lewis' ears before those trades happened...

Tom Mitchell is not a #1 mid, so pick 14 is not unreasonable, plus Sydney have players they are happy to move into that spot (plus salary saving).
O'Meara is leaving because he doesn't want to play at the club anymore something that the Suns need to get their head around whether they like it or not

Hawthorn have offered picks 10 and 48 which is unders and I can see why the Suns aren't happy with that. They can make a stand and refuse the trade to make a point if they like - JOM goes into the national draft and probably gets through to Hawthorn at pick 10 or alternatively into the PSD where Essendon take him, either way the Suns lose a marquee player for donuts.

Yes, the Suns could use pick 8 to draft JOM and block his move to Hawthorn but then have a player that doesn't want to be there - maybe they get something out of him, maybe they don't and he'll ask for a trade at the end of next year so they do all this again. To what end?

They should be pushing Hawthorn all the way to the deadline tomorrow to get something else that ups the trade but at the end of it take the trade and use the draft picks wisely to rebuild a broken list

And they did talk to Lewis but he didn't want to move his family

Hawthorn for their part need to lean on one of their players to move so they've got something to add to the trade or risk missing their major target

No he won't

Offtopic, why is there an apostrophe in won't?

Because wont is a different word that means something else

Waterman will then take Lambs spot

Good to get Vardy as insurance , only thing is Giles has another two years left and Vardy will probably be on a two or three year deal which I suppose is necessary ....... Not sure how we are going to get another young ruckman through the draft probably not in the ND anyway .

In regards to vardy i have heard it's 2 years with a games played trigger for a third included.

So Geelong should land Deledio and or Tuoy?
From trade radio it sounds like Lids to Geelong has gone cold and he maybe going to the Giants

Tuohy to Geelong maybe for next years first rounder

Undertow is their best album.

#2 for me. Aenima is #1 for me but I can admit that has as much to do with the time as the quality of the tracks.

As long as everyone admits 10,000 days is the worst i don't really mind how they stack them up from there :p

I just want a new one, or their songs on Spotify.

I cry when I get drunk and can't play them

WCE were the first AFL club to employ an indigenous welfare officer (Phil Narkle) - great leadership by the club.

Current indigenous players are:

Karpeny
Hill
Wellingham
Jetta
