The draft is so even that we'd probably pick up the same player with our 4th round than we would with a late 3rd round.
I wouldn't mind Armstrong either.
A bit of depth and might suprise, not a Chad Morrison type either.

go for Armstrong, in and out of a good melbourne side, is young and would help us on a wing or up foward. pick 34 would be as good a option but depth of the draft is low, any VFL players that are young and look good that would be worth it? i have seen Alister Neville fro Box Hill he is a gun, a couple of williamstown boys that are dominating.

No. I'm I the only one who's been scratching my head when reading these newspaper articles. There never seems to be a quote from the CFC. The only quote to appear anywhere was Balmey last Friday. He said both parties are keeping their options open.

i have been watching alot of the port magpie games and i say that you should be getting players from there don't bother about the trade go for picks i have seen some great tallent from some of the junoirs and believe thse players players will be future champions.

I like Armstrong but his career has got worse as a fringe player and the value won't be as much as the draft pick, and would rather take the pick 34. Heffernan's career is over.
