Lucas Silva to Real Madrid looks done. Nice move and a big blow to Khedira who was trying to milk more wages. He'll have to find his fat contract elsewhere
Surely he'll be open to looking towards London now.

Very good Spurs ITK has said that Lloris loves life in London and is a huge believer in Poch.

As long as "he sees the club going in the right direction", he will stay.

He's essentially become club captain in Kaboul's enforced absence too.

Nice to hear Schurrle put the rumours to bed.

"Of course I can just laugh all the talk of leaving off. I am not going to change the club in the transfer window."

"I am happy where I am, I am happy in London. I love the city, I love the fans. We have a great team and want to win something this season. This is where I belong and where I want to help. I know what the manager wants for me and that he likes me."

I would like Schurrle at Liverpool

I'm sure every team in the Prem would love him. One of my favs and I'm hoping he makes the RW his own, was expecting him to have a beak out season this year but illness has slowed that down.

Schurrle won't be at Chelsea in two years IMO. Good player, but not a Jose player.

Reminds me a bit of Joe Cole in his early years at Chelsea. He turned it around with Jose so maybe Schurrle will as well.

After Dnipro's owner refused to sanction a move for him in the last 2 windows, Konoplyanka is now available as a Bosman. While I think it's probably unlikely that Liverpool go back in for him after picking up Markovic in the summer, he could be an interesting signing for a number of clubs - very skillful, very fast, no doubt he could have an impact in one of the top leagues based on what he's shown for his country over the last few years.
I remember that West Ham got linked with him at one stage in the off-season.

I reckon if we could flog off Jarvis to West Brom and pay off Maiga, we'd definitely look at it (as it'd free up enough wage room under the FFP regulations to have a crack).

We'd need a replacement for Downing eventually.

Only way I see Schurrle leaving is if it the club forces him to- he loves london and is honestly probably the bigger Chelsea supporter outside Terry/Cech/Drogba- I haven't seen anyone so excited to join Chelsea before. Can't see him leaving tbh- he'll get more chances now he's overcome illness/injury.

di marzio has said el shaarawy is no longer 'off the market' in ac milan's eyes and may be looking at a swap deal for immobile.

i know that we offered something like 30 mil euros before his injury and his article mentions anzhi offered 40 mil euros.

http://gianlucadimarzio.com/en/calc...he-market-about-that-swap-idea-with-immobile/

interesting to see if something happens there. the pharaoh was meant to be the next big thing for italian football, but it just hasnt worked out, both with milan's problems and el sha's numerous injury problems. a joy to watch when fit though.

Fair enough, I can see him hanging around for a while. By the sounds of it he's a player Jose really likes and has missed this season (due to his illness).
