Dafuq happened to Torres? I bet he regrets leaving Liverpool every night.

I doubt it, he's way richer now and has won a CL and a EL(and I guess a FA cup).

If he had of stayed he'd still be as crap as he is now.

Villa, Sunderland & Hull are after Darren Fletcher. Can't see him leaving tbh. He's a one club player and United have supported him well through his illness. Could see the above teams and Leicester having a look at Cleverley. His loan expires in Jan. Could be a good deal at 3 mil or so.

Yeah but leaving Liverpool accelerated his decline. Roman paid 50m and didn't even have a game plan or coach that suited him. They were also on the slide

Carlo was pretty desperate to get him for some reason, but it didnt stop us from winning stuff.

Don't think we are. Bruce seems to have indicated we'll basically be selling a few players in January and that's it.

Torres is fascinating.

Unstoppable when he landed at Liverpool. Scored in the league, scored in Europe. I always thought Chelsea paid a premium for him after his best, and his output since joining them has supported that. They wanted him for years and by the time he left he was already unhappy and his output had dropped.

He's played a lot of games for Chelsea and has been OK, but his PL goal scoring record is a bit shit for someone who previously scored 30+ in a season. Has remained a regular in the Spanish side too. It's like everyone just sort of expects he'll one day turn back into 2007/8/9 Torres.
