Apparently Cech and Salah are going nowhere in January, Torres to return got a firm No, he's there for 2 years and rumoured in the press with being offered and interested in Icardi for £20 million.

Looks like AC are set on terminating the loan. I imagine they would have insisted on termination clauses with Torres' history and them being massive tight arses in general. Should have transferred him permanently to get rid.

Unfortunately for Milan they can't just terminate the deal. They've agreed to pay him for the next two seasons and there's very little chance that Chelsea included a clause in the loan allowing the Italian side to back out early, especially given that Chelsea didn't ask for anything other than wage relief.

He's their problem now.

Chelsea happy to let him go on a free transfer for those interested. Will Torres forgo 2 years of 175k a week wages to resurrect his career? I doubt it.

He's already forgo'd his €7 mil salary and his new deal with AC is €4 million(with bonuses related to Champions League qualifications and goals scored), it was a permanent deal which was called a loan for tax purposes. He aint coming back;)

Good luck with that. A cursory glance at AC Milan's history of "loan to buy" deals shows they always insert countless amounts of get out clauses in these sorts of deals. When they loaned Aquilani they inserted a clause which said they are obliged to purchase him if he played 25 games in Serie A for a set price. They ended up playing him for 23 games, stopped playing him and then played hardball over the transfer fee, eventually walking away altogether.

If AC Milan are attempting to terminate Torres' loan it is almost certain they have a clause which allows them to do so. They are experts on the matter. And even Jose's comments suggest this with him saying "He's on loan but our player" and also saying there isn't room for him in the squad if he comes back.

Looks like you're stuck with him again unless you can offload him. Enjoy.

Sorry mate, he aint coming back. So keep hoping and wishing all you want, but there's no clause inserted. It was a sale done up to look like a loan for tax purposes. If they terminate the deal they'd still have to pay him for 2 seasons.

I see you guys are getting linked with him now

No links of any credibility. You own his contract and are ultimately responsible for him until you transfer him permanently. Aquilani was also a loan to buy deal and I suspect this deal will end up in the same fashion.

Good luck dealing with AC Milan on loan to buy deals, you may want to check their track record on them. You could probably do with him in your squad with Drogba ageing and Remy seemingly injury prone.

So in WC's mind Balo is leaving Liverpol 110% and Torres is going back to Chelsea.

Right.

PMSL. Where have I said Balo is 110% leaving Liverpoo? Is it a habit of yours to make up bullshit comments?

Fair enough mate, keep hoping and wishing all you want. It's not going to happen.

If he doesn't perform when Sturridge returns he is off to Napoli who want him for 12 mil. He's had enough chances to perform and has personally cost us 4 points by missing absolute sitters against both Everton & Hull.
You're not certain though, right?

You're not certain though, right?

Absolutely. What part of "if he doesn't perform" don't you understand? And how do you translate that into "WC said Balo is 110% leaving in January"??

If you cannot understand the difference between "if he doesn't perform he will leave" and that he is "110% leaving in January" you probably should consider finishing high school again. Basic comprehension.

Fair enough mate. I don't particularly care. As I said, good luck with AC Milan's loan to buy deals which almost always never eventuate in a permanent transfer. I understand mate - we thought Aquilani was a done deal and joining Milan permanently. I can appreciate why you want to ignore AC Milan's past loan dealings because it doesn't look good for Chelsea.

It doesn't matter to Chelsea, we can afford for him to rot in the under 21's(with Milan covering his wage for the next season and a half) and we have 3 better strikers in the squad.

I really don't care what Fernando does from this point on, just IMO he aint coming back to play at the Bridge ever again.

So what you're telling me is that if he doesn't perform when Sturridge returns, he will be sold?
That sounds pretty certain if he doesn't perform.

My comprehension skills are excellent, seems you don't know if you're going backwards or forwards though.

Apparently they're buying Cech, Cavani and Reus as well.
Mate don't go putting words in his mouth! Make sure your comprehension skills are up to scratch before you start bandying about such assumptions!
