Sanchez is easily worth more than an RvP off of that season.

Siggurdson is on the verge of a £45m move from Swansea to Everton. If you truly understood and accepted that the market has changed, you'd see why Sanchez is worth a shitload more than £25m even in the last year of his contract.
Comparing prices now to prices in 2011 is comparing apples with oranges.
Simon Grayson certainly doesn't mind the bargain basement signings. Also got Ross The Boss on loan from AVFC so I doubt we'll do much this season to be honest.
Sigurdsson is very good but if he's going for 45 there's no way Sanchez isn't worth 60
12 months left, 50-60m I personally think is ridiculous for someone you can sign for free in 12 months however it's worth it I suppose.
Or you can watch City sign for free (if you're PSG) in 12 months.
He'll be 30 next year and both PSG and City should be fearful of the other signing him, while Juve and Bayern should realist this is probably their final chance. Him being off contract means it's more competitive for his signature though.
We don't want to sell him though so you have to offer enough to appease Arsenal. If someone from outside the PL offered 60-70 we might accept it, any less than that and the club would rather keep him and try and get him to sign a new contract which has been their public stance. You can't really compare them, everyone knows they aren't worth the same, but a player is worth what someone will pay, if Everton wish to pay 50m for a player worth 30m than that's up to them. Has no bearing on Sanchez value, 12 months left, 50-60m I personally think is ridiculous for someone you can sign for free in 12 months however it's worth it I suppose.
If buyout clauses really were binding Arsenal would've bought Suarez for £40,000,001Forgive me if I'm wrong but 222m is Neymar's buyout so if he wants to go nothing Barca can do about it
How so

Technically teams can sign him in January for free.
How so
English clubs cant.Players in the last six months of a deal can sign a pre-contract.
English clubs cant.
So they agree a contract for the next window but he stays at Arsenal until his contract runs out at the end of the season. Not exactly the same as "signing him for free in January" which implies getting the player in the January window. Doesn't really change anything imo, if he wants to leave at the end of the season he is going to, whether he agrees that in January or next July/August is incidental.Pre-contract.
A season of Alexis is worth more to us than 40m quid. The club are still hopeful he will sign a new contract in the coming season anyway, whether they are right or not is still to be seen but you aren't getting him this window unless you pay big.If Alexis wants out and makes it clear he will leave for free in 12 months, Arsenal would be foolish to turn down an offer of 40m.
In my non qualified opinion of all transfer window happenings of course.
