UOL are reporting that 30-year-old Brazilian attacker Willian's entourage are currently in Paris on standby in the event that PSG reach an agreement with Chelsea to sign the player today.

The report claims that the player's entourage believe a €40m offer will be enough to convince the Blues to sell a player who has just 18 months left on his current deal.

yeah but we don't know how these offers are structured...i.e. might have been in shedload of instalments and with clauses to get to that 55m. It is well known that Barca are struggling a bit with money atm.
