Lemar hasnt lived up to the hype, not sure to w much of that can be attributed to Simeone's football.

From what I’ve seen Simeone doesn’t really field traditional wingers so o think it’s fair to say Lemar doesn’t suit his style. Same thing happened with Gelson Martins

This same argument comes up all the time. It's like we can't buy a quality forward because we already have the front three that we have. Origi plays quite a bit. Ox has played in a front three. We need a squad not a front three.

Players will suffer injuries, poor form and will need resting. Firmino can also drop into midfield and play deeper to get all four on the pitch at the same time.

We definitely need an upgrade in quality as the drop off is too steep to Origi.

You can buy a quality forward but I can't see Werner leaving a starting role at a champions league club that's top 4 in the Bundesliga to sit on the bench somewhere when he can go and start for many UCL clubs. Big players will want to start in the big games, particularly in their prime. If he was 20 then I could see it.

He won't be on the bench when we play a 4-2-3-1. There should be plenty of games for Werner plus Bobby has probably 3-4 years at most left in his LFC career.

Interesting to see what happens, I can see quite a few clubs throwing a sizeable signing on fee at him due to his low release clause.
