He's a bit average on the ball though isnt he which is why I thought he wouldnt be suited to the bigger clubs. Or am I wrong?

Quite composed really.

When he was younger he always seemed to have one brain fade per game that could end up costly. For the last 3-4 seasons however he's rid his game of that aspect completely.

I think it's just a bias thing. Some teams players get rated higher than other clubs not because their talent is far superior to others but because of who they play for.

Leeds are rumoured to be wanting 4-5 of out of this lot.

Will be impressive to get 5 of those for less than 100m.

United claim they will not be held to an 'arbitrary deadline'

Shots fired

Risky as ****. Sancho is Dortmund’s Player, they can sell him whenever they want or keep him.

Risky as fu**. Sancho is Dortmund’s Player, they can sell him whenever they want or keep him.

Its risky both ways. Unless they are confident Sancho will sign a new contract.

Allowing a 100million asset to run hos contract into the last 12 months isn't ideal. They lose bargaining power & potential a large percentage of the transfer fee.

He can leave for free in 18months

You dont rate Skriniar?

I'd happily have him at Chels.

United should be all over that with Inter wanting Sanchez permanently.

No. I rate CM as our weakest area and we have a plan (CDM) to allow Ndombele and GLC to play together. Why throw him away just because he struggled to adapt?

CB isn’t an area of need either. Prioritise what we need and add the cherries on top later.

I would hardly be writing off Ndombele based off just one poor season, mostly due to injury and fitness. He's an absolute class player, we've seen that when he played for Lyon and we know that he's very unique CM who can take players on (his dribbling metrics before joining Spurs were in the top percentiles for midfielders) and carry the ball dynamically into the final third. Plenty of players have struggled to play well in their first season in a new league, and gone on to improve massively going forward. Take the example of Fred. Absolute laughing stock in his first season, but played really well in his second. And I would argue that Ndombele is far more talented than Fred is, and has the capacity to impact games in a far more meaningful fashion than Fred.

Questions will clearly remain over whether Mourinho is the right manager to get the most out of Ndombele or whether he'll ruin him like he has with other players, but if I were Spurs I'd persevere with Ndombele. Certainly wouldn't discard him as a makeweight in a player swap deal. Incredibly short sighted to do so.
