Surely Arsenal fans cant be happy with Willian on a 3 year deal. That's probably two years too many.

Sancho refused to train with the first team because he was tapped up as a 16/17 year old. We've got another kid, 15 heading the same way this window.
We didn't refuse to play either, but if that's the way you can justify sulking about English clubs targeting your players, while being perfectly happy with your club targeting English players then you go for it.
FWIW I have no problem with Dortmund's approach. It's been very effective financially. And the move for Sancho has been a very good one. We got him from Watford in the first place so I have no problem with his departure.
But spare me the hypocrisy.
Lol
Sancho left city because he wasn’t going to get game time. Phil Foden stayed. Who’s ahead?
Bellingham was offered more money at United but chose Dortmund because he knew he’d get more game time
The best player in the EPL (KDB) was left to rot on the bench by Mou. Went to Wolfsburg, the rest is history
Young players need game time. The EPL is in a tough spot because most teams are privately owned, and therefore owners demand a ROI. So they’re going to spend on established players more often than give kids a chance. The kids can either join a loan farm (like Chelsea), or move clubs, have some guaranteed stability, and improve.
Nothing I said is incorrect.

I've never seen anyone on here slate the Bundesliga for being a farmer's league. But you still constantly go on about it.That’s all conjecture regarding being tapped up - his advisors would have been well aware that he was battling against Sterling, Same, Mahrez and Silva for game time. As a 17yo, it’s not going to happen, and they would have been looking for options. In terms of skipping training - that pissed me off, especially after the Dembele sh*t. Even though we’ll also lose Bellingham after one contract cycle (maybe two), he seems like a much more mature kid.
I also never said I had a problem with English clubs going after BL players - my comment was in reference to this ‘farmers league’ bullshit I hear about every league that’s not the EPL. Would be interesting to see how many players who started in other leagues play in the EPL compared to British players. Literally the only reason the EPL is the strongest league at the moment is because they’ve got the biggest TV rights deal out of any league, plus billionaire owners. I know you all think I’ve got a chip on my shoulder about all that but I actually come on here for nuanced chat, not poor football twitter quality takes.
So I don’t accept one bit that I am being hypocritical. If clubs don’t want to play their youth, someone else has to. There was never a doubt in the world Sancho would return to England, and nobody who is an actual Dortmund fan would begrudge him. I just see so many armchair critics who a) have no idea about the differences between the EPL and Bundesliga, and b) have no concept of actually how far we are off Bayern’s level. Our last two seasons have been nothing short of a miracle considering the gap in our operating budgets.
On a side note, I’m actually more disappointed that Pulisic left - he actually bought into the culture of the city, became fluent in German, and was such a personable guy. I chatted to him at the training ground once for half a minute and from that small chat, you could tell he was the sort of person any team would want. It’s no surprise he’s gone to another level.

Ligue 1 for sure I've seen it, but not Bundesliga.
I’ve only noticed some Bundeliga/farmers league comments emerge in the last few days. Which I’m guessing is a pisstake because of how much he goes on about it, maybe it’s just me.
Well Dortmund have been cultivating for Bayern for years... and they’re the second biggest club in the league.I've never seen anyone on here slate the Bundesliga for being a farmer's league. But you still constantly go on about it.

Wonder if we'd loan/sell you some youf as part of a deal.
Ornstein in the Athletic said he was going about a month back, might have changed since then.Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
Will he go or stay and what's his value?

Wants to play center mid long term, I think a PL team probably mid table looking for a box to box midfielder would probably be the logical move if he left.
I think it was 11M in that article IIRC.We've been linked as a club interested in him.
What's his price?
I think it was 11M in that article IIRC.
I suppose him, Mooy and Lallana would be a decent starting midfield in a 5-3-2 formation?
I reckon we'd want closer to 15-20m for him given he is English too.
