so now auba have moved on a free instead of a loan, presumably he's taken quite the pay cut because again the question becomes, how do barca register him?
Can they give him a big signing bonus and then a smaller wage since it is wages that are the issue

Probably start banging in the goals and they sell him in the summer and get a nice fee thanks to Arsenal's generosity

Not the end of the world. If he wants us and both clubs are happy with other elements of the deal I see no reason why a pre-agreement for him to move in July couldn't be arranged. Same outcome, he plays out the rest of the season with Fulham either way.
Dont think you can do pre contracts from an English club to another English club.

Who did they get rid of besides Coutinho? They've added Traore, Torres & Aubameyang now. Traore is a loan @ 45k / week. Imagine Torres would have gotten at least his City wages or better. And Aubameyang must surely be taking a paycut but still probably getting 200k/ week plus.

Not sure Mkhitaryan should be in that list, that was a rare swap transaction with United for Alexis. However it's incompetance from Arsenal overall, such inept management. Inexcusable.

With Lacazette and Nketiah to join that list this June.

How much did you spend on Sanchez? They may just be swapping the two names as either it's Sanchez bought for a lot and got nothing from (since you got nothing for Mkhi) or just straight up Mkhi.

Yes that makes more sense, approx 35m I believe his fee was at the time.

Levy special

As per the Daily Star, there is a clause in Alli's contract that will see his former club MK Dons receive a 20 per cent sell-on fee after agreeing to the deal seven years ago.
Some reports are suggesting that the deal could eventually be as high as £30millions, depending on add-ons, but with no initial transfer fee, this could benefit Spurs owner Daniel Levy because of the way it has been structured, with a possible £6m about to be saved..

Wasn't Welbeck free too?

Stuffed we spent 35m on Mustafi. What on Earth did our scouts see in him?

Would have been the perfect Auba replacement then

But funny

Levy special

Levy really does irk me. Not that I like MK Dons as a team but imagine getting creative to try and screw a lower league club out of terms you agreed with.

I know it's not quite as black and white as that but it really does annoy me.

For other lower league clubs I would agree with you. For MK Dons I couldn't care less about doing it to them

I'm sure it was also done to get around Everton's FFP issues

There's still a transfer value attached to both even if money doesn't change hands. Sure it was reported as 20m for each player. Either way Sanchez did not leave for free - they got an equivalent player in return.

Right, which is why he's excluded from the list of players. If it was 20m for each player then they've paid 20m for Mkhi and got 20m for Sanchez, nullifying the deal. They've still paid however much for Sanchez and not got anything for Mkhi.

Hahaha good point, there's too many Arsenal failures leaving on freebies to keep a track of!! My mistake.

I hear Arsenal are interested in the summer. 50 million the rumour. Big get for Arsenal if true.

We just copped it reverse to be fair so not the only club doing it. Juve just did similar to minimise a sell on to Boca.

And as Hawk said. **** dons.
Deserve no sympathy after what they did to Wimbledon

Oh not suggesting it's only him but the whole thing just stinks to me.

Especially in this specific instance. MK Dons aren't in competition with Spurs but that money would help greatly I'm sure.
