Do you rate him highly?

He’s very underrated. Should be playing for German NT. Not sure if he’s at the level of a top 4 prem club, but price/quality ratio is great. Reminds me of a young Marcel Schmelzer

What LB issue do City have exactly? Cancelo is one of the best full backs in the league and Walker very good at right back, with Zinchenko very strong cover. 30m on another cover option just seems strange.

I think that's a rather simplistic view of a player's capabilities isn't it? Cancelo is one of the best full backs in the league.

Tackle % wise TAA is 118th in the PL. He's below midfielders and strikers.

There's only 4 defenders in the PL who have been dribbled past more - Cancelo, Canos, Ayling and Dallas. Two play for the 2nd worst defence in the league.

NGL ive not seen a second of him play. But we’re looking to let Guerrerio go and he can’t be worse than Schulz. Assuming that Haller comes, a LB and a 6 are the last two spots we need to upgrade on.
