Id plan for Salah to leave before he leaves mostly and Bowen is that guy to replace him. A new DM is needed but considering you are launching 110 mill bids id say the money exists for both

Bowen would be last on the list. We're not in for wingers or forwards considering we already have Gakpo, Nunez, Diaz, Jota and Salah.

We desperately need midfielders and a LCB.

Plus we already have Salah's replacement in Doak.

Firstly I doubt Salah goes anywhere anytime soon. He's hyper competitive, wants to score goals, break records and win trophies. Saudi is a pub league, he may eventually end up there but it wont be whilst he's still in his prime.

Also did you suggest that Bowen is better by a mile than Luis Diaz, Gakpo, Nunez and Jota? Stay off the weed bro.
