There's no way they'd be able to keep him on 150k a week in the championship.Bowen's England career might be over. So that wouldn't be a factor in his decision.
He might be willing to stay at the Hammers if they maintained his reported £150,000 per week. Or they might want to get him off the books and put £40m transfer fee in the fund for a squad rebuild.
