He may have been a good admin guy but at Adelaide he fell into a comfort zone. He was being pressured by the Tippet crowd and as a collective the crows made mistakes. My biggest dislike of how he performed was he had no feel for the base supporters. He pandered to the exec's and big end of town. Appointing Sando was his biggest mistake after tippo.
We never would be in the financial position we are in now if he remained.

He is only on an advisory board.

I believe his main pieces of advice will include

•website hit generation
•salary cap maximization
•generating third part deals for players
•email security

I hear he is an expert in these key facets of running a sporting organisation.

Well, that makes it better. He can sit on that board, and any advice he gives, they can do the opposite.

His track record shows that he isn't and never was. He took the reigns of the most financially powerful club in the AFL from Sanders and turned it into an also ran. This was well before Tippet came into the picture.

The FB post the 36ers put up indicated he'd be club chairman, yet the article says he's chairing an advisory board. The Lightning are also in this mix too - just when they were heading up too :(

If enough people boycott the club I wonder if they'll remove him from the board.

Good luck with making any positive changes with that moron leading the charge. He's barely competent at running an already performing business model. He's not the go to bloke to turn around a sinking ship.

Barely competent is being very generous.

Given the speculation the AFC are looking to partner with the 36ers what are peoples thoughts?

deaneus ? Banner time?
We'll treat it like relegation in the epl.

Gee, he's fallen hard.

Shows how lucky he was that we were dumb enough to keep him for so long.

I have to admit, it is fun to look at how many shit stains we have moved to Carlton. Trigg, Wright, kerridge, anyone remember David Gallagher? LOL.

Am I missing any?

Meanwhile we have taken betts and Gibbs from them. Double lol.

Neil Cwaig , guess who gave him a gig ... old mate Steven.
