Did you die?
Dylan is about 74 years younger than the average age for covid deaths in Australia so probably not.

At December last year I could not run 500m without having to stop and take a breather, a non-stop 2km run seemed impossible (even at a slow pace of 7 minutes per km)
This morning I just passed 340km run for the year, completing 10km in just under 58 minutes, which while that's not anything in the athletic ability realm, it's at a pace that I couldn't maintain for 1km earlier in the year.
I've still got a lot of room for improvement but I'm quite pleased with myself.
I wouldn't go so far to say that running has saved my life but my mental and physical health this year is the best it's been for a very long time.

Well done. I haven’t run for about 6 weeks and I feel mentally and physically stuffed. I need to get back to it. I wouldn't want to spill my beer.Great stuff man. I did something similar when I was in my 20s from a similar level of unfitness but let it slip. I need to get my arse into gear and do it again.
How are the joints going? Knee and ankle pain were what stopped me

Everytime I see a dog with that chew toy, in my head I hear 'oooh I do like a bit of Wensleydale'
