They should have safe "smokers" areas for nurses and docs specially after the nurse at Lyell Mac was stabbed having a smoke break a couple of years ago.

Put them in a WWE style cage and let the doctors and nurses duke it out since they hate each other anyway.

Nurses and early learning carers are the (mostly) female version of tradies.
Well that is a bit of a poor view. I am far more educated than a tradie. I have an undergraduate degree and post graduate qualification. Wish I earned as much as a tradie though. The money is far better than when I started nursing almost 20 years ago, but it should be more though. Nothing ever surprises me these days. You name something and I can probably tell I have seen it stuck in an orifice it didn’t belong in. Plus I have been inappropriately touched on several occasions in the past, spat on, strangled and abused but hey it is just part of the job.

A tradie does just as long in their apprenticeships, they are educated/trained for their specific role just like you.
It is the gendered side of things that is clearest, the girls and boys that pick trades or nursing do so because of that, rather than intellect differences.
Then you have the hairdressers/labourers.

Starting to sound like Jordan Petersen. Clique membership in jeopardy!

It's almost like the clique is just a made up thing in your head and people can have different opinions about stuff

The real clique is the arguments we had along the way.

Where do interior designers fit into this?

I reckon tradies do a bit of sticking things in to orifices when cooking a glass bbq
