How is it an accusation though? You can of course believe what you want but I'm struggling to see how anyone can still believe MJ is innocent.

Because what Michael was accused of, is not something that ever geared itself toward wanting to find him innocent in the eyes of the greater public. Those who truly believed him guilty threw everything at him and it wasn't enough to remove reasonable doubt. There was never any sort of power angle either ala the #meetoo movement. There is nothing more heinous than what he was accused of and other victims coming forward at the time would have only been met with support. Also, again, other boys who spent time with Jackson never reported inappropriate acts and there has never been a safer time for say, Macauley Culkin to change his tune if that were the case.

It's pretty different to the other high profile not guilty case in OJ.

There's nothing to go on if you think he is guilty other than bad optics and unproven statements.

What difference does it make if Culkin and others didn't report anything if the accusers allegations are unproven and therefor not that important? Either allegations matter or they don't.

Consistency in the accusations can change as victims often suppress their trauma.
