Hey mods why is the absolute bigot scumbag of a human Port81 allowed to run around laugh reacting or dislike reacting any comment that points out that Israel is committing a genocide or disagreeing that we should deport the Muslims?
Hahaha keep crying you pussy, do you always run around and point out to the mods when someone laughs/disagrees at replies, what about some of them when charlie kirk got his face blown off?

Not going all Hanson but I do believe we should have stronger scrutiny on who we let into Australia especially from known countries that have radical positions.
These sorts of problems will grow over time unless there’s more control and scrutiny.
Plus our laws here are as weak as piss when some stupid drunk mole on a e scooter can run over someone killing them and can possibly be out in two years.
I mean it's insane these people were registered gun owners. They lived in GWS. Unless being a 'fruit shop owner' also meant he grew his own crops and qualified under primary industries to have a gun? Shotgun is a dead give away there, typically only issued under primary producer/landowner licence OR people employed to cull on producing land.

I don't think we should be under any circumstances allowing guns to people from countries that are extremist hotspots, like at all. We can still have gun ownership but it stands to be a lot more smarter and selective than it is. Should require psych eval, social media checks. Honestly put the same requirements onto gun ownership as is required to join the Australian Signals Directorate which has an EXTREMELY thorough check process. Who cares if it takes 2 years to get approved, that's the wait you pay for something so dangerous but ultimately required by some professions and sports. Hell, should not even be able to apply for a gun ownership and go through the vetting until you have a verified vouch from property owners with a statement of work, and a sport organisation with a statement of intent. If either of those then become void, ownership must cease.

Easier said than done.

I don't think there can ever be a complete ban, but make it very very hard to get and the penalties extreme for failing to comply. We can certainly apply further limits on firearms that can be owned too. Even stricter limits on actions, clip sizes and so on. Bolt action should only be a single shot, no clip. Pump and lever action shotguns outlawed, only break/breech load.

First up it will be universal condemnation, then a few weeks later it will be made into political football for all sides of the spectrum while nothing changes and nothing gets settled, while the government and opposition across the board just continues on its merry way spending our money on themselves and driving inflation while contributing nothing to the worst issues in the world.

It's all very tiresome.

Simply adorable of you to think it would be “a few weeks” before becoming a political football.

Well, 3 seconds.

Have I got the wrong end of the stick here? I thought old mate in the white tshirt was the fruit shop owner.

Scumbag Sr. was a hunting club member.

I think it's actually fruit shop on fruit shop violence from what some articles are saying lol. The dad shooter was apparently a fruit shop owner as well. While the son was an "unemployed bricklayer", imagine being a brickie and unemployed. Yeah bro you weren't even trying or had major issues.

Maybe we are all fruit shop owners.

And he's allowed to, because the entire western world bends the knee to Israel.

I mean, it's basically the US. Israel are doing what the US have wanted them to do for decades. Exert US influence on the middle east and destabilise the region.

The rest just follows suit, at least paying lip service to "condemning" Israel, without any actual meaningful actions or sanctions. I mean there's literally an arrest warrant for Netanyahu by the international criminal court, yet no one does shit.

Netanyahu already blaming Albo. Jesus dickhead, the Muslims hate you for being a campaigner already, nothing to do with anything the Australian Prime Minister does.

Maybe it's my uncontrolled genocidal urges and crimes against humanity that have caused an upsurge in violence against Jews. Am I so out of touch?

No, it's the Albo that are wrong.

The only good thing about Trump being Trump is he is unfortunately the most likely to do anything about Israel.

He won't, but he's the most likely president to be a loose canon.

heck - saw that msn widget showing ASX -6.86% and nearly had a conniption, but it's just the stock price for the ASX itself, not the All Ords - that's only down 0.6% :relieved:
Don’t get me started on the stock market our super is influenced 100% mainly by the US stock market, but also to some degree of movement on the Australian Stock exchange
A bad day on the US market can see a fair bit of cash wiped off your super depending how much your balance is.

Thank goodness for gold plated Commonwealth super defined benefit schemes, generous tax offsets and franking credits!

Hey 240volt and Tibbs, when are you two getting engaged?
Are we all invited to the wedding?

I feel like I'm watching a 90s rom com play out in real time between you two. You'll be walking your cavoodles in matching lululemon leggings in no time.

Gold & silver have gone berserk over the last 12 months, gold up by 56% and silver by 96%.

Always happens when there's uncertainties in the world.

A gold saver account is a good long term investment :thumbsu:
