Dunno why, I can watch horror movies and not jump a single time. But jump scare horror games, f' me they get me good. Have jumped a few times already, particularly:

Went into a shed to start a generator with a little mini game thing flicking the ps4 controller up down sideways etc. When I completed it and turned around to speak to someone there's a ****ing guy standing outside looking through the window in a hessian mask. Nooooooooope nope nope nope nope.

So, is it good??

So far yeah. Fair few reports saying it's a better "free choice" game than tell tale have made. Which is huge.

Just got up to the point where I all starts to ramp up.

What I don't like is there doesn't seem to be a save feature or some way to choose where to start. So if you screw up once you'd have to re play all the way through to try again.

I like that it tells you the percent of people who chose which option. I find it interesting when only 9 percent of people have made the same decision that I'm drawn to

I don't mind the idea of that, if as is being said the choice system is so deep and affecting, it really gives agency to your choices and says "stick with it" when you do. It might mean you bugger something up and feel shit about it, but that's just the way your story ends up playing out.

I'll be getting it tomorrow, probably won't be able to give it a go though since I'm doing a public session tomorrow night, but will hopefully get some time into it on Friday. Can't wait.

out performed telltale doesn't really tell us much. as tell tale doesn't have a choice system hell it barely has an illusion of choice system.

Was thinking the exact same thing. Apparently only a 9 hour play through so might do the EB buy on Friday and return on Monday.
