Their second XI is good enough though on the downside lol

Absolutely. This is what their squad is built for. They’re largely injury free at the moment too. Mahrez, Walker, Laporte, Alvarez and Foden etc on their bench this morning away to Bayern in a CL quarter final. Wowsers.

Whereas Arsenal are stuttering with a few injuries at the back. A lot has to go right for Arsenal from here. Anything is possible of course.

The more games they have the better for them. All their players get opportunities, keep game fit/match sharpness and they find their grove.

We are still a couple of seasons away from having the quality within our squad where we can replace a first 11 player and not see any drop off.

Couldn't bare to read through this thread until just now, was absolutely shattered watching us blow a 2-0 lead at West Ham Sunday night.
Same. Took 5 days before I could start scrolling through Arsenal FC articles and forums again. Sucked the air out of the sails. But... optimism has crept back in.

City juggling quite alot at the moment... Hoping they will drop the EPL.

They have a packed fixture... That's are hope at the moment.

Not gonna be easy but I'll be pissed off if we roll over and not fight from here.

Yes at least 3 (or perhaps more) transfer windows to really strengthen the squad in that way. I think we’ll be very active this summer with CL football next season - can’t necessarily get away with rotating as heavily as we have during recent Europa seasons.

The forward group is looking quite strong. Saka, Jesus, Martinelli and Trossard are all vying for 3 positions. Midfield and defence are key areas to strengthen.

Arteta news conference just now.

Saliba and Zinny still recovering.

Journo asked if Saliba out for the season. Arteta vague. " There is some evolution"

Zinny "We are not there yet"

Saka will continue taking penalties
