Arteta clearly wanted more “firepower” in the summer, there’s definitely money there to do so as seen with the move for Raphinha. Last minute injuries to Partey and Elneny quickly shifted the focus on deadline day. Maybe Martinelli is an internal option but then again we’re already very light on for wide options. Mudryk as an option on the left would be great. Either way, Edu needs to get shit done early in January.
