I think Wenger will persist with Arteta until at least Flamini is available again.

One more game to serve on his suspension.

flamini would have been handy and i agree arteta has been ordinary but we need a shielding midfielder so Arteta will stay in.

Santi can come on after an hour if things arent working. He is easily interchangeable with Ozil, Ox, Rosicky etc. I just like Rosicky through the middle.

May have been raised before but does anyone else think that Koscielny (with some work) could become an immense defensive central midfielder. Quick, can tackle, passes well etc.

I would seriously consider dropping Ozil for this. Needs a massive kick up the arse. I am losing more and morr faith in him with every passing game.

Arteta should definitely be dropped if not for the fact we have no fit replacement.

And please start Gibbs tomorrow. Please!

Would Wenger drop both Arteta and Ozil? Now that would be interesting. Can't see it happening though. Its not like we have a plethora of options in CM (lucky for Mikel that Kallstrom is injured).

Rosicky is a must. The type of game he'd run riot in. Don't care where he fits into the XI, just get him out there.

I think the last bloke we spoke about being converted from a centre half to a DM was Vermaelen. So let's not jinx it ;)

Neither is going to happen. If Flamini was available, Arteta would've definitely been cut.

I can see Rosicky starting in place of Ox. And Gibbs for Monreal is the other likely change.

A trio of Tomas, Ozil & Santi has worked for us very well earlier in the season when we had a number of injuries to other wide players. But underpinning that was the support width given by Sagna and Gibbs when we pushed forward, as we know Rosicky and Santi both like to remain compact and cut in centrally as often as they can.

Gibbs must play as you say.

Just smash those stupid cvnts tomorrow morning please. Sick of being tossed around by them, Rooney in particular. He toys with us. Not quite at the same level as Drogba did, but Rooney would have to be the next best in recent years in terms of succes at dominating/intimidating Arsenal.

I pray we win as the shit I had to deal with from ******ed Liverpool fans was hard to take.

And I tried kitbag and most places don't have a small or medium or if they do you can't put a name on it.

God whenever we play United i feel like i suffer from battered wife syndrome.

After years of abuse i just want a day where we ****ing kill them, just once i'd like to see us score 4 or 5 against them.

I think that site has been shut down, unless Cruyff is talking about a different one.

Great having Rosicky back, we've gone with the Santi, Tomas and Ozil trio I mentioned a few posts up.

And thank heck Gibbs is back.

Must say I'm impressed with how disciplined they've been in our forward third so far. Hardly any space to work with.

Patience will be key here.

Definitely, but you know us.

Ozil has to just hit it sometimes. He had so much time to size up a shot.

He should be scoring more goals. If he gets a a chance on his left he should shoot.

Much rather him or Santi taking those shots from outside the box than Giroud, who aims for the second tier of the stand.

How many 'warnings' does Rooney get? heck off.

Definitely agreed.

Clattenburg has been pretty good so far. Letting alot of soft fouls go.

Yes ref has been good so far.

But Rooney can just do what he wants, swears at every decision, points and generally mouthes off. I guess the reason it annoys me so much is because I'm well aware he can win the game again against us.

Anyway, more chances will likely come as the game opens up in the final 15.

Yeah I agree. I don't want to jinx anything by saying anything bad about him though.

And Clattenberg was the one that sent off that foul mouthed, serial ref abuser Gareth Barry for having a go at him after the match, causing him to miss a derby match.

Different set of rules for Rooney it seems. Has been that way for a long time.
