What, Williams & Mooney didn't do enough this year to warrant consideration under the "good future" selections... and Ceglar & Gault wont show any further improvement on their 2012 performances....

imo williams and mooney will play over 30 games between them next year.

Look at all the depth!

I'd have Johnson start on the bench and Macaffer starting in the two's though. No real rotation off half back if Johnson doesn't play.

Looks amazing though.

much like 2010 (and as i wanted in 2011) i can see a changing of the guard in relation to those who 2013 will be their final year. didak would have to show his '12 form, and johnson & jolly remain injury free for them to be in the team come finals time. most of seedsman, mooney, williams & elliott, along with one of ceglar or witts, need to be in the team on merit to provide that speed & youthful exhuberance we will need.

and obviously interesting to see what magic hine produces, and these new players abilities & desire to force their way in as well.

Although Thomas is regarded more of a midfielder, I'd like to see him as a permanent forward if we get Young. Daisy is capable of kicking up to 40-50 goals a season as a perm forward IMO and I reckon we would need that considering our dull 2012 forward line. Geelong have done it with Bartel apparently

B – Maxwell Brown Toovey
HB – Shaw Reid O’Brien
C – Beams Swan Sidebottom
HF – Thomas Cloke Didak
F – Krakouer Lynch Goldsack
R – Jolly Ball Pendlebury

INT – Fasolo Blair Macaffer

SUB – Johnson

EMG – Seedsman Elliott Clarke Mooney

INJ – Keeffe, Paine, Williams

Starting 22 for next season.

Lukey Ball is a massive inclusion to the side.

I like Thomas on a HFF pushing up to the wing because he has X-Factor

Looking forward to using the first 3 draft picks (17,18 & 20) on some quality gun kids. They can play majority of the season for the VFL development but hopefully they all get 2-3 games throughout the year.
Would love to see us get Stringer, Menzel & White.

Would love to see Marley Williams and Keeffe consolidate a spot in the 22 this year. Love how Williams goes about it, hes tough and not afraid to throw his body in the contest. Keeffe is very versatile and showed promise before his injury. He actually looked comfortable when thrown in the forward line against Brisbane and kicked a couple of goals IIRC.

I love marley In hindsight he is stiff not to get a mention... My only worry is his kicking, as he is a bit of a foreigner to the game it is easy to notice some flaws other than that i like him as a player his toughness and pace

agree sometimes we lacked that plan b eg north game or the pre lim

Even our plan A was a bit of a mess, we were woeful from the kickouts (both defence and offence) and teams with pace (Carlton, North, Hawthorn) would cut us to shreds through the corridor. I have faith that Bucks can rectify this over the off-season.

Agree, this year was the year I noticed how easily other teams kicked out and how hard we had to work to get it out of our DEF

Well you can Put Young in there Now 100% sure.

Reckon Simon Buckley could be De-Listed now with the Young Signing

yep, in our last few games of the year every opposition kickout they left a pocket free, then had someone lead into it and get an easy mark, then went long and normally had an extra man on the wing and in 5 secs they had gone from kick in to attacking 50. However in our kickins, i didn't really notice any good tactics and we seemed to struggle to get it out.

With Young and Lynch it's looking interesting.

I have a best side of:

B: Harry O'Brien Lachlan Keeffe Alan Toovey
HB: Nick Maxwell Nathan Brown Ben Reid
CEN: Clinton Young Scott Pendlebury Steele Sidebottom
HF: Alex Fasolo Travis Cloke Dayne Beams
F: Andrew Krakouer Quinten Lynch Tyson Goldsack
FOLL: Darren Jolly Luke Ball Dane Swan
BENCH: Heath Shaw Dale Thomas Jarryd Blair
SUB: Alan Didak
EMG: Jamie Elliott Jackson Paine Ben Johnson
