2. My opponent has Goldstein and Buckley and they went nuts. WTF ? Our teams were fairly similar and Goldstein torched Sandilands....cost me the W.

Ok besides from that super corny intro.......WTF WTF WHAT THE ****? Are you ****en kidding me? I don't think i could try to pick a lower scoring backline this week. No zeros and they score ****en 412. What the **** are you ****en doing. ****en 412 from 7, you got to be ****en kidding. That is close to a thrid of my team scoring 412 points. **** **** ****.
Also had Stanley emergency who would have easily been my 2nd highest scorer in my backline, ****en hell! Others get Stanley, Puopolo, Hibberd's scores when I get SHIT.

What it add up to? 1884! FMDT FMDT FMDT

Oh also, I am a ****en idiot. I could have ****en traded Harris to Goodes last week and kept Grimes instead of going Grimes -> Jacobs. Then I would have had Grimes, Toy, Gibbs on back bench and had Stanley on field instead of Jacobs and got 35 more points. Then I would have had Goodes ahead of Iles/Bewick and gained 55 - 67 more points this round so thats 100 or 112 points gained. Realistically i probably would have played Bewick ahead of Iles and gained 100 points.

Instead I ****en bench Stanley, trade into Jacobs before he plays a game and keep Harris when he has a bye next round and i have 4 mids certain to miss. What the **** was i thinking?

Ok here's what I was thinking, I'd keep Harris until about round 12 since he still had money to make, was planning to trade Swallow to a gun next week avoiding zero. Now I'm very very likely to trade Harris next week thus I get no more money out of him and lose 100 or 112 points. I truly am an idiot....what shitty trading. Why did I not ****en consider that? Woke up yesterday morning and realised how much of an idiot I was and surely it did cost me 100+ points and surely a fair few ranking positions.

Anyway, the ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY thing i got right this week was not playing Tapscott.

You know what I love about this. Simple. To the point. Containing infinite wisdom. No long winded ranting and raving like I did above. Sums this year up perfectly.

I think I'm gonna to do some crazy trading now and I mean truly crazy. I considered prior to round 3 going Goddard to Curnow - had my DP link to do it - and then getting Goddard back in later after he feel in price. Oh how I regret not doing that now. At the time I would have been called nuts and rightfully so (And thats why i didnt do it, I knew it would have been truly a stupid trade) yet it would have come off.


EDIT: Thats not saying that I will now trade Goddard. I just mean that now I truly believe that the only way I can have a chance of winning is if I trade 'crazily' and go almost exclusively unique. I know i could probably make a somewhat 'honourable' top 2000 or perhaps if I'm lucky higher if I trade smart and with a gameplan and avoid late zeros etc but this week I truly say **** it. 8 rounds in, 1/3 of the season down and I know that 2011 is essentially a write-off. So might as well have fun trying to pull something out of my ass.
